Luxury Golf Course Pool Home

In Inverness, Florida you can enjoy a true luxury vacation home beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. All homes have screened lanais and pools. Cable television, kitchens and baths fully equipped, towels and linens all included. Each home's interior will add to your wonderful Luxury Home Vacation.

Free Unlimited Golf

All Vacation Package Guests receive a free unlimited 4 Golf course plan. You play Lakeside G&CC, Silver Spring Shores G&CC, Citrus Springs G&CC and Mionalake G&CC all at your request. Green fee included.

Policies

PAYMENT:

We require 25% on bookings and 6 weeks prior to arrival for full payment.

DEPOSIT:

A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This will be applied to your reservation. No credit card deposits can be taken over the phone.

CANCEL:

Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60-30 days prior to arrival at 50% rental. Cancellation 30-0 days prior to arrival no refund.

KEYS:

You will receive your keys from our office upon arrival. Keys must be returned within 24 hrs of departure or a $25.00 Fee will be imposed.

CLEANING:

Any reservation under 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00.

DAILY CLEAN:

Upon request for a charge of 4 bed Pool Home - $35.00

FOOD PKG:

Items are: Apples, Coffee, Tea,Coca Cola, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Butter, Eggs, Milk, Juice, Bread, Beer, Deli Meats:1 to 4 people: - $45.00Every extra person over 4 guests $6 each

POOL HEAT:

The cost is $25.00 per day for gas heating.**In winter the heater will only heat the pool 15'degrees above the outside temperature

DAMAGES:

We require a $300.00 damage deposit against a credit card, this will be refunded 15 to 30 days after your departure after inspection of the villa.
