Notes to the rental rates
- Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser.
- There is a 25% deposit payable on booking.
- The remainder of rental fee payable 6 weeks before rental period starts or by negotiation.
- The price quoted is for a maximum of 5 persons. The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towel. Tax is included into the rental rate.
- There is also a refundable deposit of £200, payable in advance for damages.
Bookings less than seven days require cleaning charges of £75 per bookings and payable at the time of booking. - Bookings more than two weeks are given a 10% discount.
- Long term bookings are accepted and special rates are available.

Museums in close proximity
Tate Britain is the world centre for the understanding and enjoyment of British art and works actively to promote interest in British art internationally. Worth a visit if you are interested in art or British culture.
Victoria and Albert Museum (Knightsbridge station) Queen Victoria laid the foundation stone of the Museum on 17th May 1899. The Victoria & Albert Museum in London is the world’s largest museum of the decorative arts and has 146 galleries, including national collections of sculpture, furniture, fashion and photographs.
National History Museum (South Kensington) 100’s of interactive exhibits including Dinosaurs, Creepy-Crawlies and the Human Biology. Don’t miss the ‘earthquake experience’ and if you are visiting with children there is an exciting new hands-on science centre. The Natural History Museum is a great day out and what’s more entry is FREE!!
Science Museum (South Kensington) The Science Museum was founded in 1857 with objects shown at the Great Exhibition held in the Crystal Palace. Today the Museum is world renowned for its historic collections, awe-inspiring galleries and inspirational exhibitions. This is a jaw dropping place to bring kids with incredible exhibitions and collections that are sure to inspire all the family.
Other museums are a short train journey away.
For shopping, King’s Road (Sloane square station) has gorgeous boutiques and high street labels and relatively affordable prices.
Knightsbridge has the world famous Harrods Department Store and Harvey Nichols selling luxury brands, there are also high street names and up market shops.
Covent Gardens and Oxford Street are not far, both selling affordable and fashionable clothes.
Other attractions
Buckingham palace (Victoria) has been the home of the British royalty since 1837. Buckingham Palace is also the venue for the daily ceremony of the Changing of the Guard, a major tourist attraction. Besides being the official London residence of The Queen, Buckingham Palace is also the busy administrative headquarters of the monarchy and has probably the most famous and easily recognizable façade of any building in the world.
Other famous London attractions are easy to get to; just hop on the tube and you can easily travel to their nearest tube station.
Directions
It is an easy journey from London Heathrow to Grosvenor Road, as the local tube (subway) service runs directly from the airport. It is only a 6 mm walk to the apartment from the station. From other London airports (Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or City airports), you can take the train into the centre of London and make a short tube or taxi journey to the apartment. We will send you full directions when you book. We can also arrange for a car to collect you from the airport. Prices start at £45 from Heathrow.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen. You can gain access to the apartment at 2pm on the first day of your stay.
